ST has worked with the a range of third party vendors including IAR, KEIL, Hitex, and Raisonance who have STM32 Development Kits. Each kit includes an evaluation target board, a USB-to-JTAG adapter, and an evaluation version of the IDE/Compiler combination from each of these vendors.
