600 V diodes can be used in standard boost or buck topologies, such as in PFC circuits. They are also found in some 3-phase topologies used in motor-drives or inverters. The dual-diode SiC G2 diodes are ideal for use in interleaved or bridgeless topologies, offering more power integration than discrete devices. Some common cathode devices and series diodes could be used in interleaved or bridgeless PFCs, or in three-phase motor drives where users are going to use multiple diodes.
