There are many applications that are suitable for use of Photo-MOSFET Solid State Relays. Ideally, these devices are used anywhere where fast switching speed and long life are considerations. Additionally, switching voltages up to 1500V and currents up to 4.5A provide great flexibility in meeting the most demanding applications.
