Samsung has found that fine grain technology along with tight process controls is a key element to offering superior performance while increasing capacitance value. In this example, performance between Samsung and a leading competitor is shown. Both parts have the same description including body size, rated voltage, and capacitance value. The Samsung part uses newer material technology with ultra-fine grain structure that results in higher effective capacitance with voltage (DC Bias).
