ROHM Semiconductor has a broad portfolio of LEDs. These products span many application types: from red to white color, from surface mount to through hole, from single color to multicolor, from low power to high power, and from reverse mount to side view LEDs. This module will be discussing the three color surface mount RGB LED products which integrate red, green and blue LED die into a single package.
