This slide shows the noise resistance characteristics of ROHM's automotive LDO regulators. In general, reduction of the circuit current (quiescent current) negatively affects the noise characteristics of the LDO. However, ROHM has overcome this limitation with an original noise countermeasure circuit designed to achieve stable output voltage performance in the 800 MHz to 3.5 GHz frequency band. The graph here shows a measurement result from ISO11452-2 at no-load condition. With a less than 5 V output, it shows very stable characteristics over a wide frequency band.
