Screw terminals are the most common connector method used today. It is a proven and widely accepted connection type. Screw terminals can accept either solid or stranded wire, or wires with ferrules. Specific directions are listed in each PULS datasheet for proper wire stripping, and torque requirements. Simply insert the wire, and tighten screws, using either a Phillips head or flat head screw driver. PULS power supplies utilize extra large terminals to allow for larger wire diameters and make wiring simple by avoiding the need for special tools.
