Shown on this slide is a chart of the input power in mW versus input line voltage on the LinkZero-AX design example DER-260. With a 230 VAC input, the off-mode power is approximately 4 mW. The 4 mW shown in the chart is the power used by the entire power supply, not just by the LinkZero-AX control IC. This is less than 1/10th that previously achieved with the LinkSwitch-CV. International standards, like IEC 62301, allow any power below 5 mW to be rounded down to 0 W.
