The PN7120 controller is supported natively as a proximity platform device in Windows 10 IoT version, which is targeted towards small embedded devices that may or may not have screens. PN7120 can also be easily integrated in other embedded operating systems (like RTOS) or platforms without OS. It can also be easily ported to other platforms, since the NFC Library and TML layers can be reused, and only I²C driver (3 functions) and GPIO driver (4 functions) need to be adapted to each system.
