The NXE1 series is being launched with just one model, but two additional models are soon to follow. This first model is the most common configuration for such low power unregulated converters, accommodating a 5 V input and providing an isolated 5 V output. Output ripple of 50mVpp meets the accepted industry performance standard of 1%. The isolation barrier is factory tested at 3 kV, ensuring robust performance in adverse environments. An iLGA feature, pioneered by Murata, allows for visual inspection of otherwise blind land grid array solder joints. The NXE1 uses an industry standard pin configuration, common to the NTE and MTE1 series as well as various competitive products. The wide industrial operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C supports use of the NXE1 in the most demanding application environments. As highlighted in the previous slide, the NXE1 is characterized by high reliability, with an MTTF in excess of 5 million hours. Safety certifications to UL60950 and UL60601, currently pending, support use of the NXE1 in ITE and medical equipment applications, as well as a wide range of industrial and commercial equipment applications that also reference these widely accepted standards. The NXE1 series is designed for compliance with both IPC and IEC standards for halogen free materials. Lastly, the NXE1 series carries an MSL 1 rating.
