Looking at the EMI noise conducted on a power line. Capacitors are typically used on the IC power lines to decouple EMI noise. However, capacitors used on the same power line can see an anti-resonance insertion loss point. In this example, there are two capacitors on the same power line, one is 0.1µF, the other is 100pF. Anti-resonance equivalent series inductance (ESL) point is seen between the high value decoupling capacitor and the lower value capacitor.
