XLP technology can be found across the PIC MCU portfolio and some of the key families are listed on this slide. In the PIC16, the PIC16F1823 and the PIC16F1509 families offer sleep currents down to 20nA and run currents down to 30µA/ MHz. The PIC18LF45K50 family has sleeping BOR that enables upon wake up and draws no current during sleep there by bringing the sleep currents to as low as 10nA. The PIC18LF47J13 USB family offers deep sleep with currents as low as 9nA in the deep sleep mode. Some of the PIC24 families include 16KL402 which is a low pin count, low cost MCU family with extremely low sleep currents of 30nA and WDT currents of 210nA. The PIC24FJ64GB004 family integrates USB and offers deep sleep. The GA310 family comes with an integrated LCD driver and offers industry’s Lowest Current of 150µA/MHz for a 16-bit Flash Microcontroller. The family also offers low power RAM retention and V_BAT battery back up and RTCC with currents down to 400nA.
