The MASW-002103 is an SPDT, surmount, broadband, monolithic switch using two sets of series and shunt connected PIN diodes, which operates in a 50MHz to 20GHz frequency range. The MASW-002103 is fabricated using MACOM’s HMIC process, allowing the silicon pedestals, which form the series and shunt diodes or vias, to be embedded in low loss, low dispersion glass. The switch has a low insertion loss of 0.8dB and a high isolation of 38dB. It also has a high input IP3 of 40dBmW. This device sits in a RoHS compliant surmount package and has a glass encapsulated construction. The performance graph here in the lower right corner shows the product's input return loss (20mA Bias). The MASW-002103 is targeted for aerospace and defense and ISM applications.
