The MADP-011029 is a high powered PIN diode with a frequency range of 50MHz to 12GHz. This device is held in a 3 terminal LPF broadband shunt structure, with a lead-free 1.5mm x 1.2mm 6-lead TDFN package. This PIN diode features a total capacitance of 0.31pF, resistance of 1.5 Ohms, and a lifetime of 1,000nS. The higher breakdown voltage and lower thermal resistance of the PIN diode provides peak power handling in excess of 100W.
