The HOYS is the smaller of the two products, with a 21.5 mm by 13 mm rectangular aperture, an overall size of 44 mm by 34 mm and includes a bus bar mounting tab. The HOYS is available in nominal primary current ratings from 100 A to 560 A_RMS, measuring up to 1400 A peak. The HOYS is available with 5 V or 3.3 V unipolar power supply operation, and has 1% accuracy at room temperature. The over-current detection is factory-configured for 2.93 times the nominal rating, and the OCD output has a 2 μs reaction time.
