A single tap gesture will be interpreted as a mouse left click at the position of the cursor. Double tap will be interpreted as a double mouse left click at the position of the cursor. Double-tapping and maintaining contact with the touchpad on the second tap initiates tap (left-click) and drag. A drag edge lock is when a tap and drag is released near any edge of the touchpad, the drag will not be released for three seconds. A drag edge lock can also be released anywhere on the touchpad, also causing the drag to not be released for three seconds.
