By using an SoC FPGA from Intel, the designer can upgrade both the accelerators as well as software after a product has been deployed. FPGA technology allows for a flexible split of processing power between the in-built dedicated processor cores and the flexible FPGA fabric. By designing in SoC FPGAs, the designer is designing in flexibility that can protect the product and customers’ investment well into the future, even in a changing security environment.
