The C+R mode is the capacitance on the primary display and the parallel resistance R is shown on the secondary display. In AUTO mode, the Smart Tweezer first tries to perform measurement at 1 kHz and then automatically selects the best test frequency. The device is capable of measuring capacitance from approximately 3 pF to 199 μF in AUTO mode. To measure capacitance lower than 4 pF, select the 10 kHz test frequency manually. To measure capacitance higher than 200 μF, use 100 Hz or 120 Hz.
