Product List
Thermal greases are known as the “traditional” TIM material, and is typically a silicone filled with thermally conductive filler. Greases have been around for decades as a commoditized product for the PC industry. This is because they provide good overall thermal performance at a low cost. However, thermal greases are messy to work with and difficult to clean. Also, they can potentially pump-out of interfaces if cycled too frequently. This can result in decreased reliability and thermal failure.
