Powerstrate Xtreme has proven itself to be a solid solution for removing heat. This state-of-the-art phase change material has the highest thermal conductivity (3.4 W/m*K) with phase change temperature of 45°C. This material uses aluminium powder for high conductivity, so it is not electrically insulating.
