At 12Mbps, the XR21V141x are some of the industry’s fastest UARTs. MaxLinear's USB UARTs are some of the industry’s smallest package 1-ch, 2-ch and 4-ch USB UARTs. They offer several features which translate into an overall cost effective solution. A standard CDC-ACM driver can be used to run these USB UARTs. In addition, a custom driver is also available. On-chip features such as the fractional baud rate generator allow for any baud rate up to 12Mbps to be generated.
