Going through the features of CM4 Sensing, the base board is equipped with a USB Type-C® interface which is used in the development stage, and it is convenient to burn the custom code when the software is debugged. CM4 Sensing is equipped with a gigabit network interface which can be connected to a wired network. CM4 Sensing provides two channels of USB 2.0 which can be connected to a mouse, keyboard, or other USB device, and one channel of micro USB 2.0 interface to update the system image. If users have a large amount of data storage need, CM4 Sensing supports an SD card for data storage. The system supports 8 V ~ 28 V_DC power input. The DSI interface of CM4 Sensing is fully compatible with Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, and supports Raspberry Pi's official 7" touch display. A 5 V/1.5 A power output provides the power for the Raspberry Pi display, and the standard HDMI interface can output 4K HD video. CM4 Sensing has an optional 4G/LTE function; the user needs to choose the 4G option while ordering the device. CM4 Sensing is equipped with many typical industrial application interfaces such as RS485, RS232, and CAN. It also has an LED indicator, a buzzer for warnings, and a real-time clock (RTC).
