CM4 Sensing is an industrial computer based on the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4 for short). It is equipped with Raspberry Pi's Linux OS using the Broadcom BCM2711 quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A72 64-bit 1.5 GHz CPU. A large heat sink provides a wide temperature range of -25ºC to +60ºC with excellent cooling performance to solve the heat dissipation problems of the CPU, wireless module, and PMU. The external antenna improves the reliability of wireless communication, and there are ESD protection devices in place to prevent surge and static electricity for interconnections. CM4 Sensing has a support base and custom fixing screws on the PCB to prevent the PCB from being damaged due to force, while at the same time improving the reliability of the connection between the CM4 module and the PCB through screw fixing. It is also designed for standard DIN rail mounts with flexibility at the user’s installation site.
