The top of the line inverter grade capacitor is the 550C rated for 105°C operation. The 550C has a long life and high ripple current capability. It is intended for bus capacitor applications with rated voltages of 200V to 500V. The 550C can operate more than 15,000 hours at rated voltage and temperature, the equivalent of more than thirty years at 65°C.
