C&K has a long history of supplying switches to leading circuit breaker manufacturers. For low voltage molded case circuit breakers, DIP switches are often used to change trip settings such as time delays and current levels. If standard DIP’s are preferred, C&K offers the standard pitch SDA series which is available in 1 to 12 positions. If rotary switches are preferred, the CD and RTE are commonly used. Both come in compact packages and offer a variety of outputs including BCD and Hexadecimal. The RTE is offered in 4, 10, or 16 positions and the CD is offered in 8, 10, or 16. For auxiliary switch requirements, C&K provides the lower current ZMA series or the high current TF series. The ZMA is rated to 3A and 10K cycles and the TF is rated to 300K cycles at 10A and 250V but can handle loads as high as 21A. C&K commonly builds these switches into complete switch modules for reduced assembly time.
