C&K provides a number of options for the switches commonly found on timing and overload relays, motor starters, and miniature circuit breakers. For timing, delay, and current output settings on overload and timing relays, the CD and RTE series rotary switches are commonly used. Both come in compact packages and offer a variety of outputs including BCD and Hexadecimal. The RTE is offered in 4, 10, or 16 positions and the CD is offered in 8, 10, or 16. If tact switches are required for configuration or reset functions, C&K’s KSR, KMR, and KSC series switches are ideal options. The KSR measures 7.3mm x 3.8mm and is sealed to IP40. The KMR comes in a 4.2mm x 2.8mm footprint, and is also IP40 sealed, and is rated to 300K cycles. The KSC series, at 6.8mm x 6.2mm, is sealed to IP67, and has a cycle of life from 100K to 5 million. All tact switches come with various options for actuator height and actuation force. For circuit breaker accessories such as auxiliary switches and shunt trips, C&K offers a variety of miniature snap acting switches such as the ZMA, MM, and MS series. The MM is rated to 7A and 100K cycles, the MS to 5A and 6K cycles, and the ZMA to 3A and 10K cycles.
