Product List
RF connectors require a form of internal contact captivation to ensure proper mechanical integrity. One of two popular methods is mechanical, which uses barbs and/or knurls to hold the contact in place. The second is using epoxy, which prevents the contact from rotating. This a secondary process done after manufacturing and used mainly for receptacles with tabs and slotted contacts.
