Amphenol offers the rugged USB, Type A, right angle receptacle mounted to a PCB with the addition of a cable header. The addition of a cable header simplifies the termination to the rugged USB internally within the enclosure. The customer’s ribbon cable can be prepared separately with their mating socket and then simply plugged into the header supplied with the rugged USB receptacle.
