HDO4000A High Definition Oscilloscopes
HDO4000A oscilloscopes have 4 analog input channels, 12-bit resolution using Teledyne LeCroy’s HD4096 high definition technology, up to 1 GHz of bandwidth and a compact form factor with a large 12.1” multi-touch display. They are ideal for debug and troubleshooting of power electronics designs, digital power management or power integrity analysis, automotive electronics systems, and deeply embedded or mechatronic designs.
WaveSurfer 4000HD 12-Bit Oscilloscope Series
WaveSurfer 4000HD high definition oscilloscope family is a unique product in the marketplace. They use unique HD4096 technology to provide superior and uncompromised measurement performance. They offer 12 bits of vertical resolution all the time with clearly superior noise performance compared to competitive scopes (including those advertised as having 12-bit ADCs) but they are priced the same as competitive 8-bit oscilloscopes with a low 200 MHz starting price. The WaveSurfer 4000HD complements existing Teledyne LeCroy high definition 12-bit oscilloscopes.

T3DSO3000 Series Oscilloscopes
T3DSO3000 fully loaded mixed-signal four-channel oscilloscopes offer analog bandwidth ranging from 200 MHz to 1 GHz. Each model comes with 16-channel mixed-signal capability as standard. The T3DSO3000 series offers a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s and a maximum memory depth of 250 Mpts in half-channel mode. It incorporates two 5 GSa/s ADCs and two 250 Mpts memory modules. When all channels are enabled, each channel has a sample rate of 2.5 GSa/s and a standard record length of 125 Mpts. When only a single channel per ADC is active, the maximum sample rate is 5 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 250 Mpts. For ease of use, the most commonly used functions can be accessed with a user-friendly front panel capacitive touchscreen design. The T3DSO3000 series comes fully loaded with all trigger/decode options as standard alongside power analysis and bode plot capability.
T3DSO2000A
Teledyne Test Tools T3DSO2000A oscilloscopes feature two-channel and four-channel models with analog bandwidth options from 100 MHz to 500 MHz. Each model offers a maximum sample rate of 2 GSa/s and a maximum memory depth of 200 Mpts in half-channel mode. All models incorporate two 2 GSa/s ADCs and two 200 Mpts memory modules. When all channels are enabled, each channel has a sample rate of 1 GSa/s and a standard record length of 100 Mpts. When only a single channel per ADC is active, the maximum sample rate is 2 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 200 Mpts. For ease-of-use, the most commonly used functions can be accessed with its user-friendly front panel design.
T3DSO1000A Oscilloscope Series
T3DSO1000A oscilloscopes are available in two bandwidths, 200 MHz and 350 MHz, both with 2 channels. They each have a maximum sampling rate of 2 GSa/s and a standard record length of 28 Mpts. The most commonly used functions can be accessed with its user-friendly, modern, one-button design front panel.
T3DSO1000 Series Oscilloscopes
T3DSO1000 oscilloscopes feature two-channel and four-channel models. The two-channel model is available with 100 MHz, a single ADC with a 1 GSa/s maximum sample rate, and a single memory module with 14 Mpts of sample memory. The four-channel scope is available in 100 MHz and 200 MHz models and incorporates two 1 GSa/s ADCs and two 14 Mpts memory modules. When all channels are enabled, each channel has sample rate of 500 MSa/s and a standard record length of 7 Mpts. When only a single channel per ADC is active, the maximum sample rate is 1 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 14 Mpts. For ease-of-use, the most commonly used functions can be accessed with its user-friendly front panel design.
