Monolithic Power Systems presents their MPM3695-25, which is a scalable, fully-integrated DC-to-DC power module with a PMBus interface. This module serves as a total power solution delivering up to 20 amps of continuous output current and offers excellent load and line regulation over its wide input voltage range. It can also be paralleled to deliver an even higher load current. Its output voltage ranges from 0.5 to 5.5 volts. Its PMBus interface allows for module configurations and the monitoring of key parameters. And thanks to its use of multi-phase constant-on-time control, this power module is able to provide an ultra-fast transient response. Applications include telecom and networking systems, industrial equipment, servers and computing applications, and FPGA and ASIC AI and data mining.
