If the customer thinks that the Zynq®-7000 SoC devices might be a fit for their next design, there are over 25 development boards and system on modules (or SoMs) from AMD and its partners, at a wide range of price points. Two evaluation boards by AMD are the ZC702 and ZC706. Both kits include all the basic components of hardware, design tools, IP, and pre-verified reference designs including a targeted design, enabling a complete embedded processing platform. The ZC702 features a XC7Z020 device with Dual Arm Cortex-A9 core processors and Artix-7 fabric. The ZC706 is a PCIe card form-factor board that can be plugged into a PC motherboard. It comes with a PCIe-based reference design. The card has the XC7Z045 device with Dual Arm Cortex-A9 core processors and Kintex-7 fabric.
