In addition to the standard 1 A ultrafast diode in an SMA package that Vishay offers in standard silicon technology, the 1 A, 200 V is offered in a smaller SMF package.  Secondly, they will be offering a 1 A, 200 V and 1 and 2 A, 600 V SMF versions.
