Each of the six power ranges have both a wide 2:1 range or an ultra-wide 4:1 range. The casing material is a non-conductive black plastic and UL94 V-O rated silicone is used for the internal potting material. The THM series have excellent power densities and take up very little board space, thereby fitting into most space limited applications. The 3, 6, or 10W series come in a standard 24-DIP package measuring 1.25 x 0.80 x 0.40”. The 15W and 20W series have a 1.60 x 1.00 x 0.40” footprint and the 30W models a 2.00 x 1.00 x 0.40” footprint.
