Photorelays are classified according to CxR values, current ratings, maximum voltages and chip packages. Toshiba offers relays with CxR values as low as 2.5pFΩ, current ratings up to 2.5A and voltages up to 600V.  In order to conserve space, Toshiba also manufactures the very small SSOP4 surface mount package.
