The LMZ36002 is an easy to use full-featured solution for customers that are looking to reduce design time. The LMZ36002 requires only three external components: Cin, Cout, and Rset. It can also withstand up to 260°C reflow temperature. The LMZ36002 is feature rich with the following specifications: adjustable switching frequency up to 1 MHz and syncs to an external clock for noise sensitive applications, adjustable UVLO, adjustable slow start, tracking pin for sequencing, positive remote sense improves regulation at desired load, and PG and INH pins are available. The LMZ36002 evaluation board is configured to evaluate the operation of the LMZ36002 power module for increased current up to 2 A. The input voltage range is 4.5 V to 60 V. The output voltage can be selected from five popular voltages (2.5, 3.3, 5.0, 6.0, and 7.5 V) using a single jumper. The switching frequency can also be selected using a jumper. The evaluation board has several test points and jumpers to easily evaluate the LMZ36002 operation.
