Note that one very important criteria which determines whether or not an Op Amp is suitable for the application is the total supply voltage range. Since we, in the previous slide, we specified a five volt single supply requirement for this application, the LMH6723 high-speed Op Amp fits the bill in that it can operate down to this voltage level as you can see. Keep in mind that the total supply voltage, which is the difference between the V-positive and V-negative potentials, is the limiting factor in that many high speed devices have a specified minimum value. Most LMH amplifiers from TI operate at the nominal 10 volt supply with some extending down to around 2.7 volts as the minimum specified. Here are a few other specifications for the LMH6723 which makes it a good choice for this video application.
