As shown on this slide, there are two LEDs on the front panel. The right hand indicator monitors the state of the DC output voltage, the LED changes from green (good) to red if the output voltage falls below 85% to 95% of nominal. The left hand LED changes from green to red if the AC input is outside of the HFE operating range.
