Skyworks low noise amplifier offerings at a glance provide customers with a wide range of devices from high performing components to low power consuming parts. The high performance devices, SKY67150-396LF and SKY67153-396LF, together cover from 300 MHz up to 4 GHz with noise figure as low as 0.25 dB while keeping output IP3 at +36 dBm or better. In the same high performance family, the SKY67159-396LF can support from 200 MHz up to 3.8 GHz with a single match while achieving very flat gain and noise figure. For even higher linearity of OIP3 in the +40 dBm range, the SKY6702x-396LF series is a good choice and can cover from 600 MHz up to 3 GHz. In applications requiring a wide bandwidth, sub-1dB NF and OIP3 in the +34dB range, the SKY6710x-396LF series are a great set of wide band devices without compromising performance. Lastly, for DC power conscious applications that still require a low noise figure of less than 1 dB, SKYWORKS offers the SKY6701x family to cover from 30 MHz up to 3 GHz. All devices are packaged in a miniature 2x2 mm QFN plastic overmold with pin compatible foot print.
