The Schurter 5707 series is the industry’s first power entry module that is sealed from the elements and allows equipment to be washed and cleaned without damage. It is sealed between the screws and metal flange, between the metal flange and panel opening, between the module and metal flange, between the fuseholder and module, and between the inlet and connector pins. The 5707 is virtually impervious to dust and liquids. Intended for panel mounting, the 5707 series is available for screw-on mounting from the front or rear. The rear-mount version provides pre-threaded holes for ease of installation. The 5707 is available in many different versions including Class I, Class II, standard and medical versions. It is extremely versatile and suited to just about any application where the equipment is subject to dust or liquids.
