The lid is secured in place, all models of the Bocube are IP66/IP67 rated. This allows the Bocube to be submersed in a meter of water for thirty minutes at a time and stand up to powerful water jets without allowing harmful amounts of water to enter the enclosure. The lid and base of the enclosure are equipped with screw bosses that permit screws to be utilized for an extra level of security. The hinges conceal the screw heads for a stylish exterior.
