The wireless power controllers from ROHM integrates half and full bridge inverters on Tx side and Sync rectifiers for Rx side. Both sides have communication de-modulator or control, power control, and an ADC for sampling voltage. The standard protection circuitry includes voltage, current, temperature, and foreign object detection.
