The LFG series of louvered fan guards are more robust than standard plastic fan guards and provide ingress protection against fingers, dust, accidental contact, and moisture. The fan guard has an IP44 rating, and when assembled with a fan, can achieve an IP54 rating. This represents that the equipment will operate in dusty conditions and resist splashing water. The LFG series can also maintain an equipment’s NEMA 12 rating when used with an Orion Fans' Harsh Environment fan.
