The NXS topology is similar to that of the LSF in that it uses a pass transistor but also adds internal one-shot circuits to accelerate the rising edge of signals through the device. In addition, the pull-up resistors, which were external for the LSF family, are now internal. When using the NXS family, the OE pin should be connected to V_CC(A) and the higher voltage domain should be connected to the B-side.
