The 2700, 2700T and 8300C series are a range of miniature, surface mount power inductors, designed for use in power applications with restricted height, such as handheld devices, DC/DC converters and notebook computers. These products are supplied in tape and reel for high-volume, automated surface-mount assembly. While the 2700 and 2700T are drum core inductors, the 8300C is a toroidal core inductor that exhibits very low EMI. The shape of the core allows the magnetic path to flow only within the inductor and hence stray field is virtually eliminated. Designed with UL94V-0 packaging materials, the 2700, 2700T and 8300C series also comply with IPC/JEDEC reflow standards 020D and RoHS requirements.
