The output voltage curve is modifiable by changing the voltage divider resistor value. The chart on the right shows an example using 100K Ohm thermistor and a dividing resistor. When a 56K Ohm resistor is selected, it achieves a general linear output over a whole temperature range. If a 8.2K Ohm resistor is chosen, its output offers a good linearity in the high temperature range. If the resistor is replaced with a 270K Ohm type, its output will be changed to be linear at the low temperature. Many trial-and-errors with different values may be possible to find the best output.
