Product List
PIC32 MCUs are based on a 32-bit MIPS M4K core and offer up to 80 MHz, 1.65 DMIPS/MHz of performance. They have a high throughput bus matrix that supports high speed concurrent access to memories and peripherals and can provide up to 512 KB Flash and up to 128KB RAM. These devices also feature a DMA controller with integrated CRC module which can operate in idle mode. Integrated connectivity peripherals including 10/100 Ethernet, ECAN and USB device/host/OTG offer fast, cost effective operation. Another feature is a 16-bit PMP to connect to graphical interfaces and external memory. I2S interfaces are included for audio processing and playback, as well as CTMU for mTouch capacitive touch buttons and sliders, and peripheral pin select for digital pin remapping. The PIC32 MCUs feature rich analog and digital peripheral set are compatible with the 16-bit MCUS. The PIC32 MCUs are compatible with Microchip development tools like MPLAB ICD 3, MPLAB REAL ICE, PICKit 3, PM3 universal device programmer, and are supported by common software stacks and the free MPLAB X Integrated Development Environment. All these devices are AEC-Q100 qualified with a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
