MCP355x Delta-Sigma ADC Family Slide 3

The Microchip Technology’s MCP355x family are 2.7 V to 5.5 V low-power, 22-bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converters with a conversion current of less than 120 µA, and will only consume 10 µA and 1 µA of current during sleep mode and shutdown mode respectively. These devices offer output noise as low as 2.5 µVrms, 6 ppm Integral Non-Linearity (INL) error, 3 µV offset error, and less than 2 ppm full scale error. This product line also employs a third-order delta-sigma modulator, a fourth-order modified SINC decimation filter, a power supply monitoring circuit, SPI 3-wire digital interface, and fully differential analog inputs, making it compatible with a wide variety of sensor, industrial control or process control applications. The MCP355x family operates from -40°C to +125°C and are available in the space-saving 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages.
