LatticeECP3 FPGAs are designed for low power using optimized transistor design technology and proprietary circuit routing algorithms. The low cost is ensured by using a mature, high-yield 65nm process and bundling high-value design capabilities in low-cost wire-bonded packages. The LatticeECP3 FPGAs have up to 150K LUTs, 7Mbits of embedded memory, pre-engineered system I/Os and a high-speed DDR3 memory interface.
