The ISL91127IR is the flagship product of these three buck-boost devices. It has the highest efficiency and highest output current of the three devices. With quiescent currents as low as 30 µA and output currents up to 3 A, the ISL91127IR is often the “go-to” device for beginning discussions with a customer who needs a buck-boost. It comes in a 4 mm x 4 mm QFN package and like the previous two devices, only requires three external components to create a 3.3 V output.
