The 2CCP internal design provides a wide tolerance zone for cable tensioning which protects against nuisance shutdowns caused by the effects of thermal expansion on the cable. The cable mechanism latches on both slacked and pulled cable. This feature can provide tension loss monitoring due to cable breakage or slack cable. The integral reset mechanism is designed so the NC contacts remain open until the unit is reset by properly tensioning the cable and then manually rotating the blue reset knob to “Run”. The internal switch contacts are snap-action direct-opening which will allow the switch to mechanically latch almost immediately.
